Old Business

Reviewed the minutes from October 24, 2019, board meeting. Dakota Collins moved to accept the minutes with the correction of Kate's last name and Kate Kotan seconded the motion. It was noted that updates need to be made to the Executive Board listing.

New Business

Balance Sheet Review

It was noted that extra pay period in 2019 will impact 2020 cash balance. Kate moved to approve, Rob seconded. Motion was approved.

Director's Report

Director's Report indicated that there was a calendar glitch, but it was fixed within 24 hrs. Mayoral election campaign sent $400 check for photos. Six photo sales on books for a woman doing a book on Reid Church.

Budget

Budget Review indicated that salary is our largest organizational expense. Board discussed options. Jenie proposed: reduction in hours to halftime for 3 months. Jane wanted clarification as to whether benefits would be offered in this option. Jane's first choice at this point is halftime (12 hours/week) on a temporary basis, but only if it includes benefit package. If benefits are not included, then furlough would be preferred. Dakota motioned to give Executive Committee the power to decide if needed, Rob seconded. Motion was approved.

Adjournment:

With no further business to discuss, Jenie Lehmann asked for the meeting to be adjourned. 12:50 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Kate Kotan, Acting Secretary
