When the Capitol Christmas Tree, which traveled through Richmond on November 25th, is lit on the grounds of the Capitol building on December 8th, it will be sporting an ornament featuring Richmond's Bicentennial Celebration. The unique ornament was designed and manufactured by Nixon Tool.
