Fee Waiver Application: Not-for-Profit

This application is for not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organizations with financial hardship.

WayNet seeks to help all not-for-profits promote their good works via our website. Therefore, we may occasionally extend a membership fee-waiver for those organizations for whom our nominal $60/year membership fee would cause financial hardship.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must submit:

  1. the fee-waiver application, below.

  2. a copy of your IRS Letter of Determination (or be confirmed as a 501(c)(3) on GuideStar

  3. a copy of your organization's yearly operating budget or income statement

Applicants who receive this fee waiver will receive the same benefits as our Not-for-Profit Members*.

Next Steps:

  1. Fee Waiver application form below must be completed and submitted to the WayNet Executive Director. The items above may be mailed or dropped off at the WayNet office at 50 North Fifth Street.

  2. The application will be submitted to the WayNet Board of Directors at the next regular meeting, following submission of the form.

  3. WayNet Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason.

  4. Fee Waivers may be reviewed and approved/denied on an annual basis.

  5. Following the next board meeting, you will be notified of the outcome of your application. If you are denied, you may still join as a Not-for-Profit member for only $60/year.
